By accepting this EULA you agree that...

Listings may only be created for authentic, actual businesses with a genuine intent to sell at the listed price.

All information provided on listings must be accurate and not misleading in any way.

That all dealings with potential buyers and sellers are conducted in good faith

That the use of the messaging system within Bizseller is used only for conducting transactions or to make legitimate inquires of other users in regards to Bizseller listings.

That when using the Bizsella messaging system, messages are not to contain profanity, obscene content or anything else that could be construed as offensive to other users.

If any part of this EULA is violated, Bizseller reserves the right to warn or suspend users at any time and without warning or notice.

If a user account is suspended by Bizseller due to a breach of this EULA and that account currently has an active listing, that listing will also be suspended without compensation to the suspended user.

Once a user has placed a listing, no refunds will be issued if the user has changed his or her mind.

Bizsella reserves the right to change the price of listings and the layout of the site at any time in the future.

Businesses may only be listed on Bizseller by their owners, or an agent acting on behalf of the owners with permission to sell the business.

Bizsella reserves the right to conduct competitions and sales from time-to-time at their sole discretion.

Businesses that profit from, engage in or are otherwise in any way involved in any illegal activity are not to be listed on Bizseller.

All correspondence with Bizseller or its employees is to be free of profanity and obscene content.

Bizsella account information such as usernames and passwords must not be disclosed to any third party

If you provide false or otherwise misleading information on a successful listing, Bizsella reserves the right to disclose your account information and message history to the relevant government agencies if requested by such agencies.

All account information provided by you when creating a Bizseller account must be accurate.

You must not use Bizseller to conduct any illegal activity.

You must not violate any trademarks, copyrights or patent laws.
